Cloud-like Popovers: Light & Easy Breakfast Treat
Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup All Purpose Flour
- 3 eggs
- 2 Tablespoon unsalted butter (melted)
- ham chopped
- shredded cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- grease the popover pan (you can use a muffin tin) and place in oven to warm up
- while pan is warming, mix together flour, salt, eggs, milk and melted butter until combined well
- Remove the pan from the oven and place on heat proof surface
- Fill up each tin 1/4 of the way with batter and then add ham and cheese
- top with another 1/4 of the batter upto 3/4 of the way full. Do not over fill tin
- Bake for 20 minutes at 425 then reduce heat to 325 degrees and bake for additional 15 minutes until golden brown
