Meatballs in tomato sauce

Easy Weeknight meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 3 Tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 cup of panko breadcrumbs (can you regular breadcrumbs)
  • 3 Tablespoons fresh parsley chopped ( or you can used dried parsley)
  • 1/3 cup chopped yellow onion
  • 2 teaspoons worchestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 jar tomato sauce

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. and line sheet pan with parchment paper
  2. In a bowl, combine all ingredients.
  3. Wet hands with warm water and roll into 1.5-inch balls and place onto baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 16-20minutes. Start heating your tomato sauce in a pot or pan and let simmer and cover.
  5. After heated through, add meatballs to pan of tomato sauce and cook for about 10 minutes. Taste and season as needed.
  6. Serve with spaghetti.
