But achieving that perfect texture and taste can sometimes feel intimidating. However, this recipe is simple and easy to follow and a great weeknight meal for the whole family.
Easy Weeknight meatballs
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 egg
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 3 Tablespoons milk
- 1/2 cup of panko breadcrumbs (can you regular breadcrumbs)
- 3 Tablespoons fresh parsley chopped ( or you can used dried parsley)
- 1/3 cup chopped yellow onion
- 2 teaspoons worchestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 jar tomato sauce
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. and line sheet pan with parchment paper
- In a bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Wet hands with warm water and roll into 1.5-inch balls and place onto baking sheet.
- Bake for 16-20minutes. Start heating your tomato sauce in a pot or pan and let simmer and cover.
- After heated through, add meatballs to pan of tomato sauce and cook for about 10 minutes. Taste and season as needed.
- Serve with spaghetti.
